I just arrived yesterday evening from a flight from Frankfurt in Germany. I was there for a coaching and to make an appointment for a workshop. We have to combine 2 main topics: the strategy for the coming years and to make a next step in the team cooperation. The GM subscribed to me that he had a good team, very professional and actually on that level well cooperating. At a first glance you would say, what is wrong with that? Nothing, but he missed the sparkling in the eyes of the people and the real passionate passion. For me that means also that the GM not only a manager but also a good leader. In his leadership approach he wants to motivate people and take care that they go with a big smile to their work.
